Founders and all top management (except for R&D manager) are located in the USA.
An American CEO is located in the USA.

Explanation of the Social Network Diagrams:
Small Yellow nodes = people in USA
Small Blue nodes = people in Israel.
Large Red nodes = anchors of cultural background or physical location (these anchors don't move)
Links between people: thickness represents level of acquaintance and trust between people.
Links between people and anchors show peoples' cultural background or physical location.
The data is based on a typical case observed in my research.
The software arranges the locations of the nodes to represent the "lowest potential energy state"
The resulting layout shows how closely aligned are the people of the different teams. Watch for the following:
How far are the yellow nodes from the blue nodes.
How many and how thick are the links between the yellow and blue teams.
The closer the nodes are and the more thick links there are between the teams the better aligned is the company.
